Edge Banding
Check whether the Edge Banding surface is smooth and flat, and whether there are any dots. If there are spots or pinholes, it may be made of recycled miscellaneous material PVC. Check whether the back of Edge Banding is flat. A flat blade can be used to clamp the Edge Banding horizontally to see if it is in a straight line. If it is not in a straight line, thick glue lines will appear on both sides of the edge banding. For example, if the back of Edge Banding is flat and thick glue lines still appear after edge banding, you can check it as follows: Check whether the saw surface of the board is flat. If the specifications of the upper and lower saw blades are different when sawing the board, there will be small steps on the saw surface when sawing the board, which will affect the edge sealing. Check whether the hot melt glue is too thick.
